This place was a pleasant hotel with a great stay and an amazing location close to the central train station.

This place is quite clean, the staff is really nice, and they offer a good breakfast with a nice variety.

The hotel was convenient and the location was marvellous and awesome near Toulouse in 5 weeks.

I had a functional warm room with a spacious bathroom and the most beautiful view. Its location was marvelous and awesome, a short walk to a pleasant tree-lined boulevard at the edge of the old town, central Toulouse, and restaurants.

Pleasant hotel, great staff and terrific service. Warm and functional rooms with air conditioning and WiFi. Brilliant and awesome location a couple of blocks away from College de l'esquile. Based short walk to Jeanne D'arc metro and bus station, of course supermarkets/shops/pharmacy and a pleasant tree lined boulevard. Fantastic overall experience.

The twin room had great showers and a bathtub, and the staff was genuinely helpful and efficient, with parking nearby.

I recently stayed at Hotel Victor Hugo for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us in. The breakfast, though simple, was more than enough and offered a great variety of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

I liked the location of this hotel very much. It is not very nosy, but it locates close enough to the most of main attractions. The room is litle, but comfortable.

I would prefer to have iron in the room. However, I am sure one was available at the front desk.

Very clean, both the room and the bathroom. Good beds with crisp cotton sheets. Good air con. Room well thought out even though small. Nice staff. Nothing pretentious, but nothing cheapskate either. Excellent value.

Rooms are not beautiful but you cannot expect everything!

The location of this hotel is so convenient, it's right in the center and close to everything. I love that it's very close to the Metro, making it easy to access all the attractions in the city. One reviewer even mentioned that they were able to walk to work from the hotel, which is amazing. Another positive aspect is that the staff is really nice and helpful, they even looked after the luggage for one reviewer so they could explore before their shuttle time.

But, one reviewer mentioned that the beds were a bit noisy and they had trouble sleeping.

The thing I was very impressed with was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and this was very refreshing. Myself and my friends would definitely recommend this hotel. A very positive experience overall.

We booked a double room and found the bathroom very small. A friend stayed in a single room and the bathroom in her room was more spacious.
